On 10 December 2014 we have published the first episode of the EADS Fraud Scheme saga, in the national daily PUTEREA. Since then, we have published 7 more episodes and two „replicas” also in the online daily SECUNDA. In the first episode we have presented a simplified scheme and in the 3rd episode a detailed scheme that clearly shows what persons in high positions – as well as their role – were involved in the EADS FRAUD SCHEME. We talk about malefic persons for the Romanian economy and for the European politics, such as Schroder, Merkel, Schily, Barroso, Sarkozy, Putin, Lagardere, Zoler, Năstase, Țiriac, Rus, Blaga, Nica, Oprea, Sperner, Urdăreanu, Maior, Udrea, Bittner etc.

In order to compose the full picture of the huge theft that began in August 2004 and still continues today, 27 July 2016, we have presented to the public a document BEARING POINT, an internal NOTE and the CONTRACT signed between EADS and COMICEX-MAI.

The three official documents, together with the detailed scheme of the EADS FRAUD demonstrates the existence of a conspiracy composed of Romanian, French and German highest officials – important European and Romanian businessmen – as well as multinational industrial conglomerates. Everything for 1.5 billion EUR, out of which more than a third was extorted.

Due to the fact that the criminal file put together by the prosecutor Mihaela Moraru-Iorga is frozen in a DNA freezer administered by Laura Codruța Kovesi, I have decided to publish all the 8 (eight) episodes in the English language.

The entire EADS FRAUD SCHEME saga was forwarded to foreign ambassadors accredited in Bucharest, to the Munchen prosecution office, to worldwide recognized journalists, to the multinationals involved in the case and eventually concerned in this „hot potato”.

Starting now, all the political, juridical, economic and media characters that matter cannot sustain anymore that they did not know, that the EADS FRAUD SCHEME is a business that stained only the life of the Romanians. Nothing more untrue, as we speak about European public funds – and even American, if we consider that, through corruption, BOEING was unethically disqualified from its fight with the EADS-AURBUS empire to conquer the market.

You might be wondering what will be the effect of this civic-journalistic initiative? For sure, the malefic persons for the Romanian economy and for the European politics, such as Schroder, Merkel, Schily, Barroso, Sarkozy, Putin, Lagardere, Zoler, Năstase, Țiriac, Rus, Blaga, Nica, Oprea, Sperner, Urdăreanu, Maior, Udrea, Bittner etc. will consult their lawyers in order to sue me. A risk I assume.

But because we speak about the financial empires EADS-AIRBUS, Daimler, SIEMENS, FUJITSU, BOEING, MOTOROLA and about the characters Schroder, Merkel, Barroso, Sarkozy, Putin, Zoler, Lagardere etc., I hope that the international journalists to which I have sent the EADS FRAUD SCHEME saga will consider the matter and will start their own investigation, that has a planetary subject: transboundary corruption at the highest possible level!

As for the letters sent to the foreign Embassies in Bucharest, I have poor hopes that these will dare to react and provide an answer to the Romanian public. Why to the public? Because in the EADS FRAUD SCHEME case we speak about swindling the Romanian public funds.
