Ministerul Apărării Naționale (MApN) va recruta anul acesta 2.800 de voluntari – ofiţeri, maiştri, subofiţeri, gradaţi şi soldaţi.
Armata îi va putea folosi şi pe timp de pace, dar mai ales în situaţii de criză.
Un proiect de ordin de ministru privind voluntariatul este lansat în dezbatere publică până la sfârșitul acestei luni, astfel că din aprilie vor putea începe recrutările.
Voluntarii vor parcurge un program de formare, care poate dura de la trei luni, pentru soldaţi, şi până la cinci, pentru ofiţeri. Ulterior, vor urma stagii de pregătire periodice de 15 zile. Voluntarii vor fi chemaţi în armată ori de câte ori unitatea lor are nevoie.
Voluntarii sunt recrutaţi în urma unor testări medicale şi psihologice, dar vor fi obligaţi să treacă şi o probă sportivă. În funcţie de studii, candidaţii vor putea aplica pentru posturi de ofiţeri, subofiţeri sau soldaţi, pentru diferite arme.
Candidații trebuie să aibă vârsta între 18 și 55 de ani, cetățenie română și domiciliu stabil în românia, să nu facă parte din organizații interzise de lege, nu trebuie să aibă cazier judiciar.
Rezerviştii voluntari vor fi remunerați la nivelul statutului de cursanți iar după aceea, conform gradului. Între mobilizări, ei vor primi şi 10% din solda acordată pe timpul cât sunt la unitate sau în misiune, potrivit stiri.tvr.ro.
Primul contract de voluntariat se încheie pe o perioadă de patru ani, iar următoarele, pe o perioadă de maximum trei. La finalul contractului, rezerviştii voluntari sunt trecuţi în poziţia de rezervist, în rezervă de mobilizare.
