După tragedia de la Club Colectiv, din urmă cu doi ani, a început să se pună un preţ tot mai mare pe autorizaţiile obţinute de la Inspectoratul pentru Situaţii de Urgenţă.
O verificare de rutină la scos la iveală un lucru alarmant. Cele mai multe dintre şcolile şi liceele din Bucureşti nu deţin autorizaţie ISU, iar astfel ele ar trebui să fie închise.
Deocamdată în cele mai multe cazuri se merge pe soluţii de avarie, dar Gabriela Firea, primarul general al Capitalei, şi reprezentanţii altor instituţii abilitate doresc să se găsească soluţii cât mai rapide pentru intrarea în normal.
Astfel, în urma unei întâlniri de lucru la care au participat primarul Capitalei, primarii de sectoare, şefii IGSU şi ISU Bucureşti, dar şi Raed Arafat, s-a stabilit ca şcolile şi liceele cu probleme să fie reverificate.
Vor exista şapte echipe mixte care să participe la această acţiune. Echipele vor fi alcătuite din reprezentanţi ai ISU şi reprezentanţi ai primăriilor de sector şi Primăriei Capitalei.
În funcţie de rezultatele obţinute, se vor căuta soluţii pentru reglementarea acestei situaţii.
“Am convocat această întâlnire pentru că avem împreună o responsabilitate majoră, atât legală, cât şi morală, faţă de cetăţenii Bucureştiului. Trebuie să-i punem în siguranţă pe cetăţeni, nu să pasăm responsabilitatea de la o instituţie la alta. Îmi doresc să avem o colaborare interinstituţională eficientă şi să găsim cele mai rapide soluţii, atât în ceea ce priveşte modificarea legislaţiei, cât şi pentru realizarea documentaţiei pe care primăriile de sector trebuie să o întocmească în vederea obţinerii autorizaţiei pentru securitate la incendiu, pentru toate şcolile, grădiniţele sau liceele pe care le au în administrare şi care nu au în acest moment acest document. Consider că avem nevoie de ajustări ale legislaţiei de specialitate pentru că nu putem într-un timp atât de scurt să reparăm ce nu s-a respectat timp de 27 de ani”, a fost mesajul transmis de Gabriela Firea, primarul general al Capitalei.
