Medicul Tudor Ion Năstăsescu, managerul Spitalului Judeţean Tulcea, a anunţat, în timpul unei intervenţii avute la B1 TV, că unitatea medicală pe care o conduce se află într-o situaţie dezastruoasă.
Marea problemă o reprezintă lipsa de personal, medicii nefiind dornici să se mute în Tulcea din cauza reţetei financiare modeste şi a condiţiilor de lucru.
În aceste condiţii, spitalul trebuie să se descurce cu un singur medic la pediatrie şi cu câte doi medici la multe alte secţii, deşi managerul spitalului din Tulcea susţine că “am făcut toate demersurile necesare pentru a atrage medici pediatri, am fost şi la târguri de joburi pentru medici, am dat anunţuri peste tot, am transmis şi la Ministerul Sănătăţii solicitări”.
Sursa amintită precizează că Tulcea nu este un caz izolat. Şi în Ialomiţa, Giurgiu sau Călăraşi sunt aceleaşi probleme în special din cauza faptului că medicii nu sunt atraşi de ideea de a lucra în spitalele publice din judeţele mici.
