CSM a exclus-o pentru a doua oară din magistratură pe judecătoarea Camelia Bogdan, cea care l-a condamnat la 10 ani de închisoare, pentru spălare de bani, pe mogulul Antenelor, Dan Voiculescu.
De data aceasta, fosta judecătoare la Secţia penală a Curţii de Apel Bucureşti nu a fost dată afară în urma “dezvăluirilor” lui Ciuvică de la Antena 3, așa cum s-a întâmplat prima oară, ci pentru că a dispus confiscarea unor sume de bani într-un dosar în care era judecat şi notarul Jan Andrei, soţul Laurei Andrei, şefa Tribunalului Bucureşti.
Concret, în ianuarie 2016 Camelia Bogdan a primit mai multe dosare spre judecare, ce iniţial fuseseră repartizate unui alt judecător, dar care intrase în concediu. După ce judecătorul titular a revenit din concediu, Camelia Bogdan a păstrat exact dosarul în care era judecat soțul șefei Tribunalului București, iar sentința a dat-o în luna mai 2016.
După aproape un an, pe 24 martie 2017, Inspecţia Judiciară a solicitat Consiliului Superior al Magistraturii începerea cercetării disciplinare faţă de judecătoare, pentru încălcarea dispoziţiilor art. 99 lit.o) din Legea 303/2004 privind statutul judecătorilor şi procurorilor, cu privire la nerespectarea dispoziţiilor privind distribuirea aleatorie a cauzelor.
După încă un an, Secţia pentru judecători a CSM a decis, luni, excluderea din magistratură a Cameliei Bogdan.
“Admite acţiunea disciplinară exercitată de Inspecţia Judiciară împotriva pârâtei judecător Camelia Bogdan. În baza articolului 100 litera e) din Legea numărul 303/2004 privind statutul judecătorilor şi procurorilor, republicată, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare, aplică doamnei judecător Camelia Bogdan sancţiunea disciplinară constând în ‘excluderea din magistratură’, pentru săvârşirea abaterii disciplinare prevăzute la articolul 99 litera o) din acelaşi act normativ. Cu drept de recurs în termen de 15 zile de la comunicare la Completul de 5 judecători al Înaltei Curţi de Casaţie şi Justiţie”, se arată în minuta deciziei.
În prezent, Camelia Bogdan este mutată disciplinar pe o perioadă de 6 luni, începând cu 15 ianuarie 2018, la Curtea de Apel Târgu Mureş.
Ea a câștigat procesul intentat CSM după ce a fost exclusă prima dată din magistratură. ÎCCJ a decis însă sancționarea disciplinară a judecătoarei.
