A plouat cu demisii marți dimineață la Spitalul Clinic Județean de Urgență Oradea: 39 de medici și urmează să renunțe la serviciu și asistente, infirmiere și brancardieri, nemulțumiți de tăierea sporurilor.
Practic, toți medicii specialiști primari, de medicină de urgență, de la Terapie Intensivă au demisionat, iar rezidenții au renunțat la contractele de gărzi.
Urmează demisii ale asistenților medicali – o mare parte fiind legată și de sporurilor acordate lor, infirmierilor, brancardierilor și personalului TESA.
Sporul în specialitățile cu risc major era până luna trecută între 55% și 85%, însă acum medicii, asistentele, infirmierele și brancardierii au primit doar la 25%.
“Pierderea suferită este de circa 2.000 de lei față de luna trecută”, a declarat unul dintre medicii protestatari.
“Activitatea din UPU și cea spitalicească nu este deloc afectată în momentul de față, însă de săptămâna viitoare s-ar putea să fie o problemă. Noi am tras un semnal de alarmă căă nu este echitabil ceea ce se întâmplă. Nu poate fi Oradea în alt stat decât în România”, a precizat el.
Medicul consideră că este normal ca sporul să fie diferențiat la Urgență față de un medic și de asistent de medicină internă. “Numai ieri au fost 240 de pacienți în urgență”, a arătat el.
