Banca Naţională a României (BNR) a redus ușor prognoza de inflaţie pentru 2020, la 3%, de la 3,1%, cât era estimarea anterioară, a anunţat guvernatorul Mugur Isărescu, marți, cu ocazia prezentării Raportului privind inflația.
”Cererea de consum a rămas robustă, pe fondul creșterilor salariale și a creditării. O parte din consum a alimentat deficitul balanței comerciale. Crește și creditul de consum- bancherii se uită la capacitatea de plată a solicitanților și vazând creșteri salariale acordă mai ușor împrumutul. Mișcarea ascendentă a cursului de schimb în prima parte a ultimului trimestru, a fost urmată de o stabilizare în perioada recentă”, a spus Mugur Isărescu.
Pentru 2021, banca centrală previzionează o inflaţie de 3,2%, a adăugat guvernatorul BNR.
„Rata anuală a inflaţiei IPC este proiectată a reintra în interiorul intervalului din jurul ţintei începând cu T1 2020 (2,8 la sută), pe fondul epuizării efectelor şocurilor de ofertă din anul 2019. Ulterior se va plasa pe o traiectorie ascendentă, imprimată de presiunile de la nivelul inflaţiei de bază, dar va rămâne în interiorul intervalului ţintă”, arată BNR.
