Special dedication to Ion Ţiriac, the one who mystifies the reality, although he boasts with the friendship with Lagardère and Zetche
In order to understand why it is so hard to complete, in its plenitude, the penal file EADS FRAUD, opened by DNA and instrumented by the prosecutor Mihaela Moraru Iorga, I am offering you some facts and names related to the tumultuous life of the French-German-Spanish conglomerate which had over 45 billion EUR collections in 2007 – as Romania’s budget in 2014! Today, an episode from the summer of 2007, with two leading actors, hard to kill: the President of France, Nicolas Sarkozy and the German Chancellor, Angela Merkel. In the second role, Arnaud Lagardère, the owner of the military and media giant Lagardère.
The dissolution of the two-headed leadership
In July 2007, the President of France, Nicolas Sarkozy and the German Chancellor, Angela Merkel had an extremely tough dispute on the subject of the European Aeronautic Defense & Space – EADS leadership. Basically, the subject of the battle was the renouncement at the dual-management structure which was perpetuated since 2000, from the foundation of EADS and which was complicating more than solving the problems generated by the production of AIRBUS 380 airplanes – the division that pumped 60% of the financial volume in EADS.
Before entering the subject, I remind you that in 2007 the interests of France and Germany in EADS were huge and balanced as force of decision. The French state and Lagardère were controlling 22.5% of shares, while the German state, through DaimlerChrysler held 15% of shares, but it had a voting right of … 22.5%.
What happened in the summer of 2007? Sarkozy came with the idea that the frenchman Louis Gallois, executive manager and co-leader of EADS, but also executive manager of Airbus, should be appointed as general manager of EADS, while his German homologous at that time, Thomas Enders, should resign. (Thomas Enders is a character of major importance in many businesses with German capital and the artisan of EADS). Together with the appointment of Gallois, the German Rüdiger Grube was to be appointed as unique president of the group. At the negotiation date, Grube was sharing the presidency of the group with Arnaud Lagardère, the owner of Lagardère Group, who also held 7.5% of EADS at that time.
On July 7, 2007, the president Sarkozy was extremely eager to reach to an agreement with the German Chancellor Angela Merkel, that on July 16, in Toulouse, France, was signed the document which ended the two-headed leadership of EADS.
The political barter crosses the financial line
So, on the 16th of July 2007, in the huge AIRBUS 380 airplanes assembling hall from Toulouse, Nicolas Sarkozy, having Angela Merkel beside him, declared: “It is a big day for EADS, a big day for the French-German axis … Airbus and EADS are joint-stock companies, which need to be managed like companies and not as international organizations.”
The agreement between Sarkozy and Merkel stipulated that Louis Gallois, at that time the executive manager and French co-leader of EADS, but also executive manager of Airbus, should become unique executive manager of EADS, while his former German homologous, Thomas Enders, should take over the position of supreme leader of the Airbus division.
In turn, Arnaud Lagardère, co-president of the French group at that time, agreed to give up the position in favor of his German homologous, Rüdiger Grube. This is how a 7 years period of two-headed leadership of the EADS concern was ended and the era of the unique “head” has started. Now, through Louis Gallois, Sarkozy was hoping that the DRAIN of the money obtained from illegal businesses administrated by EADS in cooperation with other European governments would reach Château de Versailles and not to the Bundeskanzler der Bundesrepublik.
Information from behind closed doors
In order to understand better the ins and outs of the EADS business, here are some data from the backstage of the battle between Sarkozy and Merkel – from American open sources.
In order to obtain the leadership of EADS, in favor of his protégé Louis Gallois, the president Nicolas Sarkozy had to convince Arnaud Lagardère, his personal friend and financial supporter during the election campaigns next to ALCATEL concern, to resign in favor of his German homologous, Grube.
Well, at the beginning Lagardère was against it, probably annoyed by the fact that a year before, in 2006, at Sarkozy’s suggestion, he gave up 7.5% of his 15% shares held at EADS. We have to say here that Nicolas Sarkozy promised Arnaud Lagardère that he would find him a buyer for the “rest” of 7.5%, which never happened. From here comes the justified nervousness of Lagardère during negotiations – or the French perversion in its sublime.
Constrained by the refusal of the “employer” Arnaud Lagardère, the “employee” Nicolas Sarkozy called Angela Merkel on Sunday evening (15 July 2007), with the following proposal: the position of general manager of Airbus should be held by rotation, every 5 years, by French and Germans.
This way, in Sarkozy’s scenario, Lagardère, who was keeping a position in the EADS Board, was to become the president of the group in 2012, while the position of general manager of EADS would reach to the German fiefdom.
2.3 billion EUR for Lagardère
This is how Nicolas Sarkozy succeeded to convince Arnaud Lagardère that the arrangement would give him a certain flexibility: either to give up immediately the status of minority in EADS, by selling the 7.5% shares, or, on short term, to remain shareholder for the following five years and then, from the powerful position of big EADS chief, to be able to negotiate the sale of his shares in extremely favorable conditions!
Basically, through his charade, Sarkozy was keeping Lagardère tied also for the next presidential elections in 2012. Because only he, Nicolas, could ensure Arnaud the position of big EADS chief – coincidentally, the castling was to be made also in 2012!
But Sarkozy’s calculation wasn’t confirmed. As we know, in May 2012 Nicolas Sarkozy was dethroned by Francois Hollande, after the Americans “eliminated” the rival Strauss-Kahn.
The effects of the Sarkozy’s fall in the EADS zone? In 2013, Lagardère sold his shares held at EADS – 7.5% – for a “trifle” of 2.3 billion EUR! Who paid the huge invoice? EADS!!!
Referring to the solution of Nicolas Sarkozy, the French magnate, through his spokesman, Ramzi Khiroun, put the “financial wagon” on rails: “Arnaud Lagardère didn’t want to stand in the way of an agreement (…), but this gives him full liberty to decide what is in his interest”.
The Grill of Kovesi
These great men of state or magnates knew very well how the EADS concern was led; How contracts of hundreds of millions of EUR are obtained through bribery; How in certain corrupted states are “empowered” high officials, like the prime-minister Adrian Năstase and his ministers, in order to immorally pump public money into the budget of EADS and further, in their pockets and in the election campaigns of Sarkozy and Merkel; How the transporters of the bribe, like Ion Ţiriac, have the road protected by all kind of secret services.
Both the DNA chief, Laura Codruţa Kovesi, and the case prosecutor, Mihaela Moraru Iorga, won’t be able to bring to an end the EADS FRAUD file.
With all the support received from the Americans, Kovesi didn’t show us she would be a follower of the Roman saying “Fiat justitia, ruat caelum” – “Let justice be done, even if the heavens fall”.
Codruţa Kovesi proved us that she knew how to throw “expensive meat” on the infamy grill, in blood and she sizzled it under our noses to get us dizzy by its smell. Then, after we clattered our teeth vainly, she put the “steak” in the refrigerator, not to be altered because, soon, there would come the time to use it again at another “rustic party on the DNA symphony chords”.
Perhaps, at a convenient moment for the one who’s on the buttons, Ms. Kovesi would throw us some bones to chew – a few names, maybe one or two ministers, one or two generals and a dozen of intermediaries.
But NEVER big caliber characters, the real puppeteer, the real beneficiaries, like Sarkozy, Merkel, Schröder, Lagardère, Gallois, Grube or Enders won’t have the quality of defendants, of prosecuted in the EADS FRAUD file.
The evil people who lead us
Who is so crazy to believe that the chiefs of the Romanian, German and French secret services had NO information about the EADS FRAUD? Or they had information but they DID NOT put it at the disposal of the presidents Iliescu, Băsescu, Sarkozy and of Chancellor Merkel? NOBODY! And to support this idea I have a Great Argument: the Volkswagen scandal, where it showed up the OFFICIAL information that the German secret services have informed Merkel since 2007 about the fake software.
Let’s be clear: we don’t make the Conspiracy Theory here. No! We talk about how European politicians try to use the managers of the economic-financial mammoths in order to come to power and then to remain there. And it is about the fact that without corruption no big deal could be achieved in the world politics. And in the Evil League we can only talk about corruption at the level of President, Chancellor, Prime-Minister, Minister, or Manager of Multinational Company …
P.S. Ion Ţiriac, on TV, serves ace after ace in the field of the TV hosts, so impartial that they ask disturbing questions only to be scored, without being interested if the answers come as a joke or they don’t come at all. I will dedicate a special episode to Mr. Ion Ţiriac, not before asking him some questions about the EADS Fraud, but also about other businesses he has developed in Romania. So he wouldn’t have the nerve to lie without blinking!
